A simple operating model

You make the introduction. Receiptile runs the platform.

Partners open the right doors and help merchants understand the experience. Receiptile owns the commercial relationship, payment, shipping, qualification and support.

One program does not have to fit everyone.

The founding pilot focuses on activation partners. Online affiliates and larger technology or reseller relationships follow separate terms.

Qualified merchant

Rewards follow real merchant use, not a name on a form.

This protects partners, Receiptile and the program from duplicate introductions, refunds and inactive accounts.

The merchant has purchased an eligible paid Receiptile plan.

The refund period has passed without a refund or chargeback.

The Tile is claimed, active and being used at a genuine operating business.

The required genuine receipt activity has been completed.

The attribution is valid and Receiptile has approved the reward.

Eligible plans, genuine-use checks and payout timing are explained in the partner terms supplied during approval.

Optional Partner Tile

Show merchants the experience in person.

Approved partners may buy one optional Tile to demonstrate the receipt experience. It is for guided demonstrations, not for installing a merchant’s live service.

Apply first. Once approved, we send your private purchase link: A$70 in Australia or US$70 internationally. Shipping and any applicable charges are shown before payment.

Earn the investment back. The Partner Tile is not automatically refunded. Your first qualified merchant earns a US$70 reward.
Demonstration use only. Do not install the Partner Demo Tile as a merchant’s live POS receipt device, resell it, transfer it, loan it or leave it with a business. A merchant going live needs their own Receiptile account, paid plan and merchant Tile.
Clear boundaries

Partners guide. Receiptile remains accountable.

An activation partner is an independent introducer and guide. Approval does not make someone an employee, agent, distributor or authorised technical installer.

The partner

  • Finds and registers suitable merchants
  • Uses approved sales and demonstration materials
  • Guides the merchant through approved onboarding
  • Keeps claims accurate and escalates technical issues

Receiptile

  • Approves partners and merchant attribution
  • Handles merchant payment, shipping and subscriptions
  • Provides setup guides, product support and escalation
  • Confirms qualification, commission and payouts

Questions partners will ask

Clear from the start.

When do I receive the fixed reward?

After the merchant satisfies the final qualification rules, the refund window has passed and Receiptile approves the activation.

How long do recurring commissions continue?

The offer is 20% of subscription revenue actually collected for 24 months for each qualified activation. Eligibility and payout details are set in the partner terms.

How do I buy the Partner Tile?

Apply through FirstPromoter first. After approval, Receiptile sends you a private, customer-specific invoice link. It is optional and costs A$70 for Australian partners or US$70 internationally, plus any shipping or charges shown on the invoice.

Do I need to buy a Partner Tile?

No. It is optional. Approved partners may purchase one Partner Tile for demonstrations: A$70 in Australia or US$70 internationally. The Tile is not automatically refunded; your first qualified merchant earns a US$70 reward.

Can I use the Partner Tile in a business?

The Partner Demo Tile is for guided demonstrations, not a merchant’s live or permanent service. Do not install it as their POS receipt device or leave it with them. A merchant going live needs their own account, paid plan and merchant Tile.

Am I expected to install Receiptile?

No. Standard partners introduce, demonstrate and guide. Technical work outside the approved onboarding journey is handled through Receiptile support or a separately authorised provider.

Who owns the merchant relationship?

The merchant buys from and contracts directly with Receiptile. The partner keeps the agreed attribution and rewards under the partner terms.
