Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@receiptile.com and we will let you know when Receiptile is available in your region.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Australia. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. As a guide, once dispatched:

• Australia: typically 2 to 7 business days
• New Zealand: typically 4 to 10 business days
• United States and United Kingdom: typically 7 to 14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges unless stated at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@receiptile.com and we will chase the carrier, and replace or refund your order where it has been lost or damaged in transit. Every order is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Return and Refund Policy.
